【摘要】 通过检测二甲双胍治疗糖耐量减低(IGT)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸水平变化情况,探讨二甲双胍对IGT患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的影响,结果血浆总同型半胱氨酸水平与BMI、WL、FBG、PBG、DBP、TG等指标相关,经短期二甲双胍治疗IGT患者血浆维生素B6、维生素B12逐渐下降,叶酸不受影响,而逐渐上升,血浆总同型半胱氨酸上升。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research now give an observation study and pass examination metformin treated in impaired glucose toleranc (IGT) sufferer’s blood plasma homocyseine, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid level variety circumstance, to study the effect of metformin on the IGT sufferer’s blood plasma homocysteine level. The blood plasma homocysteine level related to BMI, WL, FBG, PBG, DBP, TG, etc. Through short term treatment of metformin in IGT, plasma vitamin B6, the vitamin B12 gradually descended, the folic acid was uninfluenced, blood plasma total homocysteine climed.更多还原
