虚拟仪器在波形测量中的误差与可靠性研究

【摘要】 虚拟技术的实质就是利用最新的计算机软硬件技术来实现和扩展传统仪器的功能,虚拟仪器已是当今仪器与测控技术发展的主潮流。本文就虚拟示波器在波形测量方面的误差与可靠性进行了研究,结果证明,虚拟仪器不仅使测量变得快捷、高效,而且误差小、数据可靠性高。虚拟示波器有数据存储、数据分析等在普通示波器上很难实现的特殊功能等众多优点而应用前景广阔。

【Abstract】 The nature of virtual technology is to realize and expand the functions of traditional instruments by using the latest technology of computer software.The virtual instrument has become the mainstream in the development of instrument and detection.The reliability and error of virtual instrument in undee measurement is researched in the paper,and the result turns out that the virtual instrument makes the measure faster,more effective,with less error and more reliable in data than ever before.The virtual oscillograph has more advantages over the usual instrument,such as data installment and data analysis,which has a bright future in application.
