【摘要】 中国学术期刊的评价对象严格界定为"学术期刊",评价的目的突出评价管理导向与情报服务导向相结合的原则,评价指标体系科学、合理,突出了期刊的学术影响力和网络影响力,在国内外期刊评价中首次同时遴选"权威期刊"与"核心期刊",自主研发"中国学术期刊评价管理信息系统",大大提高了期刊评价的准确性和效率,且评价结果采用分类分级排序的表示方法。详细说明了学术期刊刊源的选择与分析,学科划分标准与处理原则,学术期刊的评价方法与主要步骤,学术期刊评价的指标体系与数据来源,权威期刊与核心期刊数量的界定,评审专家的遴选与定性评价等评价过程。分析了核心期刊的学科分布状况、核心期刊的地区分布状况、自然科学类核心期刊被国外重要数据库收录、综合性核心期刊的核心效应情况、中国英文学术期刊的国际学术影响力及地区分布等状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 The evaluation object is strictly defined as "academic journal" and the evaluation is evaluational management-oriented and information service-oriented.The evaluation index system emphasizes the academic impact factor and the web impact factor of the journals.It is the first time to select "authorative journals" and "core journals" at home and abroad.The self-constructed evaluation information system greatly improved the accuracy and efficiency.The selection of the source journals,subjects classification,evaluation method,evaluation index system and data source,the number definition of core journals and expert review were detailedly explained.The subject distribution,regional distribution of the core journals,science journals’ being included by important foreign database,the impact factor of the comprehensive core journals and academic English journals are analyzed.更多还原
