【Abstract】 According to "Law of Contract" both of civil entrustment contract and commercial entrustment contract have the right of optional cancellation.Consequently a lot of disputes arise in the context of commercial entrustment contract. Thus limitation on the right of optional cancellation of commercial entrustment contract is needed.更多还原
