未来的汽车用铅酸蓄电池

【摘要】 燃料经济、生态、性能、安全和舒适等特性将促使许多新型电系统产生。因此,对汽车用蓄电池的要求也将显著提高,例如有关可靠性、浅循环寿命、充电接受和在部分充电状态下高倍率放电(HRPSOC)运行的要求。人们期望铅酸蓄电池技术继续在这种应用中起主要作用。与传统的起动—照明—点火(SLI)蓄电池相比,在改善性能和使用寿命两方面已经取得或即将取得显著的技术进步,开发设计出许多新型蓄电池。车内储能装置的系统集成化将变得越来越重要。超级电容器可延长铅酸电池的寿命,保护负极板免于高倍率放电和充电。蓄电池监测、蓄电池管理等系统会为更主动的蓄电池运行策略创造条件,同时改善供电系统的可靠性。在一只铅酸蓄电池无法单独满足不断提高的要求的情况下,双储能系统有可能提供车辆所需的功率。

【Abstract】 Introduction of fuel economy,ecology,performance,safety,and comfort features in future automobiles will bring up many new electrical systems.Consequently,demands on automotive batteries will grow considerably,e.g.regarding reliability,shallow cycle life,charge acceptance,and high-rate partial state of charge(HRPSOC) operation.The lead-acid battery technology is expected to keep playing a key role in this application.Compared with traditional SLI batteries,significant technological progress has been achieved or can be expected,and many new batteries are being designed and developed.System integration of the storage device into the vehicles will become increasingly important.Super capacitor can extend the life of lead-acid battery,and protect the negative plates against high rate discharge/charge.Battery Monitoring Systems will allow for more aggressive battery operating strategies,and improve the reliability of power system.Where a single lead-acid battery can’t meet the increasing demands,dual-storage systems may do it.
