基于RFID的新型机动车号牌及自动识别系统
Automatic Identification System and New Type License Plates Based on RFID
【摘要】 针对传统机动车号牌在可视性、唯一性及其智能性上存在的不足,提出了一种新型的机动车号牌设计方案,并设计实现了与之相配套的自动车牌识别系统。整套系统采用新型蓄能自发光材料以及射频识别(RFID:Radio Frequency Identification)技术和隐秘起始地址、随机数初始化等多种安全措施,大大改进了车牌的可视性、唯一性、智能性以及安全性。新车号牌能自发光,系统能识别12 m之内最高时速120 km/h的车辆。实验结果及运行结果都证明了设计方案切实可行,识别系统安全可靠。
【Abstract】 In order to overcome these shortages of visibility,uniqueness and intelligence existed in traditional vehicle license plate,we propose a new type design about license plate,and implement matched automatic identification system.We adopt new accumulating energy self-luminous material and RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology in the system,moreover we adopt secret starting address and initialize with random number to ensure data security,improving adequately visibility,uniqueness and intelligence of license plate.New type license plate is self-luminous,it is visible even in darkness.The identification distance of the system could be as far as 12 meters,and the speed limitation could be 120 km/h.We prove that these methods can ensure data security through repetitious experiment results.
