相转移催化合成苄叉丙酮

【摘要】 本文利用相转移催化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)催化合成苄叉丙酮,最佳反应条件为:醛酮摩尔用量比为1:2,反应时间为40min,催化剂的用量为2.5g,收率达94.6%。实验证明,相转移催化合成对该反应是高效、低成本和实用的方法。

【Abstract】 Use of CTMAB as phase transfer catalyst on the synthesis of benzalacetone was studied.The optimized conditions were following: the mole ratio of benzaldehyde to acetone was 1:2,the reaction time was 40min and the weight of phase transfer catalyst was 2.5g.The chemical yield was 94.60%.Experiment results showed that phase transfer catalyt(CTMAB)was highly active catalyst for this reaction.It is an inexpensive and very practical method.
