【摘要】 农民工是我国经济建设的重要力量,农民工的社会保障建设是构建和谐社会的重要课题。当前,农民工处于社会保障的边缘地带,保障现状不尽如人意。根据我国农民工自身特点对其社会保障现状进行分析,从制度创新、思想观念改造两方面提出完善建议,并针对我国当前农民工社会保障状况提出具体改善措施,最终为农民工获得公平的社会权益寻求一条出路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Farmer labors are in the position of strength to our country’s economic development,and their social security construc-tion is an important topic of the harmonious society. At present,farmer labors are on the boundary of the social security,and it is insuf-ficient to safeguard the present situation. According to the characteristics of the farmer labors in our country,this article carries on the analysis of the present situation in the social security and proposes to consummate suggestions from two aspects of the system innovation and the idea transformation and the concrete improved measures aiming at current farmer labors’ social security in our country in order to finally find a way for the farmer labors to obtain the fair social rights and interests.更多还原
