【摘要】 采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对我省高校高水平运动队的教练员现状进行了调研分析,从而得出我省高校高水平运动队教练员队伍的组成结构较为合理,存在着高水平的教练员匮乏、培训机会少、奖励措施不够合理等问题.根据我省实际提出了引进高水平教练员、实行专职教练员制、建立一套完整的培训体系、改革职称晋升制度等发展对策.更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the methods of literature,investigation of questionnaire etc.The paper carries on the system analysis to the coaches of high lever sports teams in universities and colleges of Jiangxi.The results show that the coaches troop’s composition structure is reasonable,but also has some questions that the high level coaches to be few,the training opportunity are few and the reward measure is not reasonable and so on.It pointed out that the countermeasures for development:introduces the high level coaches,implements the professional trainer system,establishes a set of complete training system and reform title promotion system etc.更多还原
