正交实验法优选蒜头果油的动态提取工艺条件
Optimization of Dynamic Extraction Technology of Malana Oleifera Chum Oil by Orthogonal Design
【摘要】 采用动态提取法,应用L9(34)正交实验设计优选蒜头果油的最佳提取工艺条件.结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为以石油醚为提取剂,提取时间为7 h,原料用粉碎机粉碎,提取用的水浴温度为90℃.优选提取工艺稳定可行.
【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Malana Oleifera Chum Oil.Methods:To obtain the Malana Oleifera Chum Oil adopted the method of dynamic extract.The optimum extraction condition was investigated by the orthogonal design.Results: The optimum extracting condition obtained:petroleum ether was founded to be solvent for extration,used crushed material extrating for 7 hours,extracting water bath temperature was 90 ℃.Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and feasible.
