【摘要】 目的观察与评价上颌前方牵引矫治器矫治骨性III类错后软组织侧貌的变化。方法选取24例骨性III类的生长发育期患者,应用上颌前方牵引器矫治骨面型III类错,矫治完成后比较治疗前后的头影测量数据,分析与侧貌有关的测量指标。结果本研究24例骨性III类错,经上颌前方牵引器矫治后,患者软组织面角减小,H角增大,上唇突点前移,上唇凹点前移,下面高增加,且有统计学意义。但下唇位置无明显变化。结论上颌前方牵引矫治器显著改善患者的凹面型,使患者侧貌更协调美观,下颌软组织变化不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and evaluate the profile changes after maxillary protraction treatment for Class Ⅲ malocclusion.Methods 24 Class Ⅲ patients before adolescence were selected.All the patients were treated with maxillary protraction.After treatment,cephalometric measurements about profile changes were analyzed.Results After all the patients were treated with maxillary protraction,facial angle decreased,H angle increased,Ls move forward,Ss move forward,anterior lower face height increased,and the changes had statistics significance.But lower lip location changed unconspicuously.Conclusion Maxillary protration can conspicuously improve the profile of the patients,make the profile more harmonious and aesthetic.But lower lip change is unconspicuous.更多还原
