打包机械推书机构的创新设计及运动仿真

【摘要】 利用计算机辅助设计软件对包装机械纵向推书机构实现创新设计及仿真分析,根据工作要求设计了该机构的主要尺寸,用解析法确定了凸轮轮廓曲线方程,并在Matlab软件中设计绘制凸轮轮廓曲线,将推书机构在ADAMS建模,再进行运动仿真,仿真结果表明所设计的机构满足工作要求,为凸轮连杆组合机构的创新设计提供了依据。

【Abstract】 The mechanism which pushes books in packing machine is innovatively designed and analyzed in this paper. The main dimensions of this mechanism are got according to the working demand,tha cam contour equation are deduced by analysis method, and the cam contour is designed in Matlab, the model of pushing books mechanism is built and simulated in Adams, the simulating solution curve shows the mechanism which is designed in this paper can satisfy the working demand, this method also can be used to innovatively design other cam linking combined mechanism.
