高粘度高光泽苯丙乳液制备研究
Preparation of High Viscosity and High Gloss Styrene-acrylic Ester Emulsion
【摘要】 采用阴离子及非离子复合乳化剂体系,单体预乳化工艺,连续滴加法制备高光泽苯丙乳液。通过调节制备过程中单体的种类和摩尔配比、乳化剂的用量及阴离子非离子的配比、引发剂的用量来改变苯丙乳液的光泽和粘度。丙烯酸丁酯20.6%、苯乙烯20.6%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1.8%、丙烯酸2.0%,水相中去离子水54%、乳化剂3%、阴离子与非离子乳化剂配比为2∶1、引发剂0.3%,聚合温度80℃,滴加时间45m in时制得了高粘度光泽为79%的苯丙乳液。
【Abstract】 High viscosity and high gloss styrene-acrylic ester emulsion was prepared with anion and non-ion composite emulsion system,monomer pre-emulsion process,and continue dropping method.The viscosity and gloss of styrene-acrylic ester emulsion was modified by regulating the kinds and mol ratio of monomers,the dosage of emulsifier,the proportion of anion and non-ion,and the dosage of initiators.The results showed that when the content of the initiators at 0.3%,emulsifier at 2.4%,anionic surfactant : nonionic surfactant = 2:1,n-Butyl arcylate20.6%,styrene20.6%,methyl methacrylate1.8%,acrylic2.0%,dropping time 45min,polymerization temperature 80℃,79% gloss of styrene-acrylic ester emulsion can be produced.
