DBD等离子体制备类-PEO生物功能薄膜及其生物相容性研究

【摘要】 研究了介质阻挡放电(DBD)的功率、气压、极板间距以及电源频率等放电参数对沉积类-PEO功能薄膜化学结构以及表面性能的影响;同时采用体外细胞培养的方法,研究了类-PEO功能薄膜对富血血小板以及细胞的吸附,通过倒置显微镜观察细胞黏附的形态变化。结论:DBD等离子体能在较高的气压条件下聚合结构性能优异的类-PEO生物功能薄膜,所制备的类-PEO生物功能薄膜能有效的减少富血血小板的吸附,对蛋白质表现出较好的抗吸附性能。

【Abstract】 The influence of plasma parameters such as discharge power,work pressure,and electrode gap as well as discharge frequency on the chemical component,surface properties and biocompatibility of the PEO-like coating were studied by water contact angle(WCA) measurement,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and atomic force microscopy(AFM).In vitro cell culture and the adsorption the blood platelet were also carried out,which the cell adsorption and morphology were acquired with a phase contrast microscope.The results showed that DBD plasma can polymerize an excellent PEO-like coating,and coatings can effectively reduce the adsorption of blood platelet and prevent protein adhesion.
