【摘要】 目的:评价扶脾温肾汤治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法:选择34例中、重度慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。牙周基础治疗后,仅治疗组服用中药两个月。检测治疗前、两个月后牙周指标(全口牙菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、牙周附着水平测定、牙齿松动度)和血生化指标*总钙、无机磷、碱性磷酸酶)。评价2组指标变化。结果:治疗组患者治疗后牙周指标、血生化指标较对照组有明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:扶脾温肾汤治疗中、重度慢性牙周炎有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on Chronic Periodontitid.(CP).Method:34 patients with CP were randomly divided into two groups.The herbal medicine was given to the experiment group for two months,while the other group was set as a blank control.The Periodontitid and laboratory test indexes such as PLP,PPDPAL,MD and Ca P,ALP of patients were measured before and after treatment.Results: The indexes of patients in the group of Chinese herbal medicine were statistically signifi cant in contrast with the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion: Fupiwenshen decoction has satisfactory effect on patients with Chronic Periodontitid.更多还原
