【摘要】 目的:了解综合医院亚健康员工中医证候特征和其主要证型。方法:采用问卷和传统中医诊疗方法,对亚健康人群中医证候特征进行研究。结果:根据阳性症状发生频数及均数将亚健康症状分为12项主要症状,19项常见症状和3项少见症状。33.3%者舌象正常,13.7%为平脉,72.2%面色正常。主要证候特征为虚证,主要证型为心肾不交、肾阳不足、气虚证、肾阴虚证、肝郁脾虚证。结论:通过对综合医院亚健康状态205例员工症状、舌脉象和面色等的研究与分析,总结出其中医证候特征和主要证型,为医院亚健康员工针对性地干预提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the type and feature of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome of general hospital employees with sub-health status.Methods: Questionnaire and TCM clinical diagnostic methods were used to study 205 examples of general hospital employees with sub-health.Results: According to the frequency and the evaluated scores,the symptoms were divided into present symptoms(12 items),common symptoms(19 items) and rare symptoms(3 items).There were 33.3% normal tongue demonstration,13.7% even pulse,and 72.2% normal complexion in the employees.The feature of TCM syndrome was asthenia syndrome.The main types of TCM syndrome were carduonephric cisharmony,insufficiency of kidney yang,syndrome of deficiency of QI,deficiency of kidney yin and stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen.Conclusion: The type and feature of TCM syndrome in sub-health status were summarized by analyzing the symptoms,tongue demonstration,pulse tracings and vultus of 205 cases of general hospital employees.The results provided the foundation for effective treatment on hospital employees with sub-health.更多还原
