【摘要】 采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法,对黑龙江省高山滑雪教练员的现状进行分析,认为黑龙江省高山滑雪运动项目教练员整体水平较高,但仍存在不足,大部分教练员具有较强的业务能力,教练员队伍的梯队建设比较合理、学历结构较高,多数具有一定的执教经验和良好的工作动机;但还有部分教练员业务交流与学习形式单一,信息获取能力较弱等方面需要进一步提高。根据目前黑龙江省高山滑雪教练员的现状提出了应加强教练员之间的经验交流,完善岗位培训制度,提高教练员的业务素质;完善教练员的奖励机制,鼓励教练员进行科学研究,使他们能在研究探讨中得到最前沿的科学知识,并提高自身的创新意识等相应对策,以期为高山滑雪后备人才的培养提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the methods of documentary information,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the article has a research on the current status of alpine skiing coaches in Heilongjiang province.It thinks that these coaches’ whole level is upper,most coaches have strong professional ability,the echelon development of coach team is comparatively rational,the structure of educational background is upper,most ones have some teaching experience and good motivation.But there still are some shortages,for example,some coaches have single means in experience exchange and study form,it’s necessary to further reinforce their poor ability to obtain information.Basing on the current status,it suggests to strengthen the coaches’ experience exchange,to improve the professional training system for advancing their professional quality,to improve the mechanism of encouraging coaches,to encourage them to have a scientific research so that they can learn the forefront scientific knowledge and improve their own innovative consciousness,as a reference for developing the reserve of alpine skiing.更多还原
