【Abstract】 In order to strengthen the coloncal control,the imperialist countries tried to gain the money forgery and issuing right.Russo-Chinese bank was establised in China’s Xinqiang(including Cash;Ningyuan,Tacheng City and Dihua resectively) to conduct bater trade with their paper currencey.It did not only weakened the local money value but also controlled the coumerce around Tianshan Mountain by issuing gold bond.This directly caused the depreciation of Chinese money.更多还原
