【摘要】 通过对海阳市留格镇的调查,发现农业免税后村干部职能重点较免税前发生了很大的变化,不管是村民还是村干部都对免税后村干部职能有了新的要求和认识。对调查结果进一步分析发现,虽然带领村民发展经济增收致富职能是村民和村干部都希望的,但是该职能不宜再作为对村干部的硬性要求及其职能重点,"后税费时代"村干部的职能重点应当转向公共事业服务职能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the survey on Liuge Town,Haiyang City,the cadre’s function has actually changed after the reforms of taxation polices.The villagers and cadres have new demands and awareness to cadre’s function.The results show that,although the villagers hope that cadres can lead them to get rich and the cadres also hope they can do so,this function cannot continue to be emphasized.In the post-agriculture-tax time,cadres’ function should focus on the public service.更多还原
