【摘要】 目的:观察玻璃体切割术治疗玻璃体积血的效果。方法:应用玻璃体切割术治疗玻璃体积血49例(49眼),其中眼外伤25例(25眼),糖尿病性视网膜病变9例(9眼),视网膜中央静脉阻塞11例(11眼),孔源性视网膜脱离2例(2眼),视网膜静脉周围炎1例(1眼),老年性黄斑变性1例(1眼),49例患者均行经睫状体平坦部闭合式巩膜三通道玻璃体切割术。其中22眼联合视网膜光凝术,5眼联合硅油填充术,6眼行C3F8注气术,7眼联合巩膜外环扎术。结果:术后随访6个月以上,除1例因再次发生视网膜脱离,患者视力无明显提高外,其余48例术后视力均较术前明显提高。6个月后复查视力0.1以上37例占75.5%。结论:玻璃体切割术是治疗玻璃体积血安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy of vitrectomy on vitreous hemorrhage.Methods: Vitrectom was performed on49 patients(49 eyes) diagnosed as vitreous hemorrhage.25 patients(25 eyes) with ocular injury,9 patients(9 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy,11 patients(11 eyes) with central retinal vein occlusion,2 patients(2 eyes)with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment,1 patient(1 eye) with retinal vein periarteritis,1 patients with senile macular degeneration.All the patients were treated with closed sclera three passages vitrectomy,and 22 eyes with panretinal photocoagulation,5 eyes with silicone oil tamponade surgery,6 eyes with C3F8 pnenmatic retinopexy,7 eyes with scleral encircling operation.Results: Over more than 6 months follow-up,all patients’ visual acuity improved significantly except one case suffering from recurrence of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.After 6 months,37 eyes’ visual acuity went beyond 0.1(77.5%).Conclusion:Vitrectomy is a safe and effective method to treat vitreous hemorrhage.更多还原
