【摘要】 目的:观察比较广枣中三种不同工艺提取物的抗心律失常作用,为找到一种抗心律失常作用较强的主要化学单体或简单复合物打下基础。方法:(1)乌头碱导致大鼠心律失常;(2)哇巴因导致豚鼠心律失常;(3)结扎冠脉导致大鼠心律失常。结果:样品1、样品2可显著延长乌头碱所致大鼠早搏、室速、室颤、心脏停搏出现时间,使哇巴因所致豚鼠心律失常出现时间延长,明显减少结扎大鼠冠状动脉所导致的室性异位搏动数、推迟心律失常出现时间、缩短室速时程、降低室颤发生率,并呈剂量依赖性。样品3使乌头碱所致大鼠室速、室颤出现时间缩短,使哇巴因所致豚鼠心律失常出现时间缩短,对结扎大鼠冠状动脉所导致的大鼠室性异位搏动数、心律失常出现时间和室速时程均有不同程度的负性影响。结论:样品1、样品2能对抗乌头碱、哇巴因、结扎冠状动脉等所导致的心律失常的发生;而样品3不仅没有对抗作用,还有可能促进心律失常的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the antiarrhythmia actions of 3 kinds of extracts by different methods from Choerospondias Axillaris(Roxb.) Burtt et Hill.Methods:(1)i.v aconitine was used to induce arrhythmia in the rats;(2)i.v ouabain was used to induce guinea pig arrhythmia;(3)Arrhythmia was induced by ligation of coronary artery in the rats.Results: Compared with the NS group,both sample 1 and sample 2 significantly prolonged the lasting time of ventricular ectopic beats(VE),ventricular tachycardia(VT),ventricular fibrillation(VF) and heart arrest(HA) induced by using i.v aconitine in the rats,significantly prolonged the lasting time of arrhythmias induced by using i.v ouabain in guinea pig,and greatly reduced ectopic beats,delay the beginning time of arrhythmias,shortened the persisting time of ventricular tachycardia and decreased frequency of ventricular fibrillation in the rats of ligation of coronary artery.The actions showed a concentration-dependent tendency.Sample 3 produced opposite effect.Conclusion: Sample 1 and Sample 2 both resisted the occurrence of arrhythmias induced by aconitine,ouabain and ligation of coronary artery.Sample 3,however,promoted the occurrence of arrhythmias.更多还原
