双重模式珠宝教育的可持续发展

【摘要】 论述了中国引进英国宝石协会FGA证书课程后的20年办学历程。进入21世纪后中国珠宝行业对专业人才的要求日益严格,使得学生的就业压力加大,这就要求高校在培养人才的过程中应不断调整其培养模式。中国地质大学(武汉)珠宝学院的学历教育加职业教育的双重人才培养模式使其得以可持续性发展,办学规模越来越强大。

【Abstract】 The experience of the FGA diploma course introduced from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain to China for 20 years is discussed.The requirements are increasingly strict for the employees in the Chinese jewelry industry after entering into the 21st century,making the students get a great pressure on employment,which requires the colleges and universities to adjust the personnel training models constantly.The dual training mode of the record education adding the vocational education causes Gemmological Institute of China University of Geosciences(Wuhan) sustainable development,and the scale of the institute becomes more and more formidable.
