酿酒酵母细胞周期复合体装配的动态研究
DYNAMIC RESEARCH ON THE COMPLEX ASSEMBLY IN CELL CYCLE OF SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE
【摘要】 从酿酒酵母细胞周期内蛋白质复合体构成的时间网络出发,通过区别酵母复合体的2类亚基,并采用系统分析和数理统计的方法,对酵母细胞周期内复合体装配的时间特征、模式特征,以及局域和功能特征等问题进行探讨,从而得到了一些规律性和启发性的结论.
【Abstract】 This paper is based upon a temporal network constituted by protein complexes during Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell cycle.By separating two subunits in the yeast complexes,and adopting a set of methods of systematic analysis and mathematic statistics,series of problems about time characteristics,mode characteristics,location and function of the complex assembly in yeast cell cycle are investigated.Some regular and heuristic conclusions are made.
