【摘要】 在宁夏重点风沙区生态环境综合治理的项目实施过程中提出了生态恢复重建模式:围栏封育,退牧还草模式、生态农业经济圈模式、人工造林和种草治沙模式;项目实施主体带动模式:大户带动的小户,以集体联户协调小农户,由国有农场实施项目示范区.通过对实地农户受益调查的分析可见,基于合理的生态恢复模式,生态环境综合治理项目的实施为当地居民提供了更为合理的资源利用方式和更好的发展机会,使居民改变资源利用方式,促进了经济发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern ecological research is now focused on eco-environmental deterioration control,prevention of natural system degradation,restoration and reconstruction of damaged ecosystems.Rational ecological restoration is crucial for proper eco-environment improvement.In this paper the following working patterns are proposed: 1)alpine steppes enclosure,to discard animal husbandry for grass growing;2)eco-agricultural economic circle;3)forestation,grass growing and sand fixation;4)project propagation: to propagate from large farms to smaller ones,from collective farms to small farms,from state farms to private ones.Analysis of farmer benefits reveal that,via proper ecological restoration,and introduction of comprehensive eco-environment control,rational use of resources and better opportunities for local residents were possible,this normally results in economic prosperity.更多还原
