【摘要】 目的改进屈肌腱损伤手术中针头临时固定肌腱的方法。方法52例患者67条屈肌腱损伤修复术中采用针头贯穿伤口近侧皮肤固定肌腱近端、贯穿伤口远侧皮肤固定肌腱远端的方法修复肌腱损伤,术后随访2~8个月,观察手部功能恢复情况。结果手术操作简便,易于肌腱修复,术后TAM法评定疗效优良率达83.0%。结论该改进方法优点突出,方便实用,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the tendon temporary fixation with syringe needle treatment for flexor tendon injury.Methods 52 cases(67 fingers) of tenorrhaphy were collected.All cases were treated with the improved method of tendons temporary fixation with syringe needle,i.e.fixing the proximal repairing tendon through the proximal skin of the wound with syringe needle and the distal tendon through the distal skin in tenorrhaphy.All the cases were followed up for 2-8 months and functional recovery degrees of the fingers were examined.Results The improved method of tendons temporary fixation was convenient to repair tendon injury.The effective rate of functional recovery was 83.0%.Conclusion The improved method is simple and practical,so deserves to be promoted.更多还原
