等离子喷焊在三偏心蝶阀上的应用
Application of PTA in Tri-eccentric Butterfly Valve
【摘要】 三偏心金属密封蝶阀由于具有耐腐蚀性好、密封可靠、开启力矩小等优点,逐步得到广泛应用。为提高密封面耐磨性,延长使用寿命,需对密封面进行改性处理。在采用自动等离子喷焊代替手弧焊实现三偏心蝶阀密封面喷焊的过程中,出现了喷焊面非线性位移、焊层开裂等问题。在研制以单片机80C196KC和CPM2A-60CDR-A可编程控制器为核心组成的喷焊自动跟踪控制系统的基础上,经过大量工艺试验,合理选择喷焊材料和工艺参数,在不预热条件下,得到成形均匀、无裂纹等缺陷、质量符合要求的自动等离子喷焊层,此成果已成功应用于实际产品的生产上。
【Abstract】 With the advantages of good corrosion resistance,reliable seal,small unsealed moment and so on,tri-eccentric metal seal butterfly valve is increasingly applied extensively.In order to improve wearing resistance of the seal and prolong the operational life span,surface modification must be done to the seal.In the process of tri-eccentric butterfly valve surface welding through plasma transferred arc welding instead of manual metal arc welding,some problems appear,such as nonlinear displacement of PTA surface and welding coat crack.Based on the development of the automatic tracking control system of plasma transferred arc welding with MCU 80C196KC and PLC CPM2A-60CDR-A as its core components,under the conditon of no preheating environment,through a great lot of technical experiment,rational material selecting of PTA and technologic parameter,the uniform transferred arc welding coating without crack disfigurement was obtained,which accords with the quality requirements.The achievement has been applied in the actual production of the product successfully.
