不同电解温度下阳极氧化铝薄膜纳米孔的自组织过程

【摘要】 研究温度对阳极氧化铝薄膜纳米孔自组织过程的影响。使用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)研究了铝试样在硫酸、草酸、磷酸溶液中,于不同电解温度下阳极氧化形成的氧化铝薄膜形貌。通过分析阳极氧化时电流密度与时间关系曲线,研究了温度对阳极氧化铝薄膜纳米孔自组织过程的影响。提出降低电解温度能够缩短纳米孔自组织过程的时间,是由于降低电解温度增大了纳米孔内表面的表面张力。并且提出在不同的电解质溶液中,电解温度对纳米孔自组织过程的影响程度不同,电解温度对纳米孔自组织过程的影响以在硫酸溶液中最敏感,草酸次之,在磷酸溶液中的影响最小。

【Abstract】 The appearance of the anodic alumina films formed in H2SO4,H2C2O4 and H3PO4 solution at different temperatures was studied by ESEM.The effect of the temperature of the electrolytes on the self-organized process of anodic alumina film was researched by analyzing the relation of the anodic current density and oxidation time in H2SO4,H2C2O4 and H3PO4 solution at different temperatures.The results show that the surface tension in the nanoporous internal face are increased with the decrease in electrolysis temperature,the complete time of the self-organized process of the anodic alumina film can be shortened by lowering temperature.But the degree of temperature influence on the self-organized process of anodic alumina film is different in the different electrolytes.The higher the degree of the temperature influence on the stable current density,the greater change the reaction heat has,the more difference of the surface tension in the nanoporous face and,the more distinct the effect of the temperature on the self-organized process of anodic alumina film.The effect of the temperature on the self-organized process of anodic alumina film is consistent with it on the stable current density and on the nanoporous aperture.The effect of the temperature on the self-organized process of anodic alumina film is decided by the nanoporous aperture depend on temperature.The effect of the temperature on the self-organized process of anodic alumina film indifferent solutions is in following order: H2SO4>H2C2O4>H3PO4
