浮法玻璃下表面渗锡的测定
Determination of Stannum Penetrated into the Downside Surface of Float Glass
【摘要】 介绍一种用二溴苯基羟基荧光酮比色法测定浮法玻璃下表面渗锡的方法。在0.2 mol/L盐酸介质中,OP乳化剂(聚乙二醇对异辛基苯基醚)存在时,锡与该试剂形成橘黄色螯合物,最大吸收波长513 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.20×105mol/L.cm,锡的质量浓度在0~8μg/25 mL范围内符合比耳定律。反应选择性好,不经分离可直接测定浮法玻璃下表面渗锡。回收试验在93.01%~106.85%之间。
【Abstract】 The reaction conditions in determining stannum by colorimetric process with dibromo-phenyl-hydroxyfluorone were investigated.In the medium of 0.2 mol/L HCl with OP emulsifier,stannum combined with the above reagent to form orange chelate.The peaked absorbing wavelength is 513nm.The apparent modulus of absorbing light is 1.20×105 mol/L·cm,and the quality concentration of stannum ranges from 0 up to 8μg/25mL being in good agreement with the Bill’s Law.This determination is of good selectivity,so that stannum which is penetrated into the downside surface of float glass can be directly measured without separation process.The recoveries of this determination are within the range of 93.01%~106.85%.
