【摘要】 目的研究陕西省城市空间扩展变化特点,因为城市用地空间扩展是城市化进程的一个衡量指标。方法根据陕西省10个地级市1991~2003年土地面积的统计资料,通过计算城市用地扩张系数,定量分析了城市用地扩展的趋势。结果①陕西省10个地级市1991年到2003年的建成区面积由1991年的326 km2增加到2003年的488 km2,增加了49.69%,年均扩展率为3.42%,增幅明显。②咸阳、延安、渭南、安康和商洛的城市用地规模扩展不足,西安、宝鸡和榆林3市的城市用地规模扩展较为合理,铜川和汉中的城市用地规模扩展速度太快,造成城市建设占地过多、土地利用效率过低的现象。结论城市发展过程中要把握城市用地扩展速度与城市人口增长速度相适宜的原则,实现城市土地的最优化利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate space expansion of urban land in Shaanxi,China,because space expansion of urban land is an important measure of the process of urbanization.Methods According to the statistical data of total land area of the 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province,China from 1991 to 2003,the trend of space expansion of urban land is analyzed quantificationally.Results ① The areas of urban land increase significantly.There are 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province,urban land area was 326 km2 in 1991,but increase to 488 km2 in 2003,the average annual increase by 3.42%.② Space expansion of some cities,such as Xianyang,Yan’an,Weinan,Ankang and Shangluo are lack.It of Xi’an,Baoji and Yulin are appropriate.And it of Tongchuan and Hanzhong are superfluous.Conclusion Sustainable development of urban system would become ture by optimization using of urban land.更多还原
