葛根总黄酮对大强度耐力训练大鼠红细胞抗氧化能力和ATP酶活性影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨葛根总黄酮对大强度耐力训练大鼠红细胞抗氧化能力及红细胞膜ATP酶(ATPase)活性影响的机理。方法:建立大强度耐力训练动物模型,测试大鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,还原型谷胱甘肽含量(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:灌服葛根总黄酮组大鼠力竭运动后红细胞SOD、GSH-Px、CAT酶活性和GSH含量较显著高于训练对照组(P<0.05);MDA的含量极显著低于训练对照组(P<0.01);红细胞膜ATPase活性较显著高于训练对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根总黄酮可以改善长时间大强度耐力运动中红细胞的氧化应激水平,保护膜上ATPase的活性,有利于运动中红细胞结构和功能的完整性,可作为耐力运动员的运动补剂进行深入的开发和利用。

【Abstract】 Purpose: This study discusses the mechanism of pueraria total flavone impacting to antioxygenic property and ATPase activity in rats red cell and its membranous.Methord: the model of maximal traininn for animal is set up.The study is test the activities of SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,the concentration of GSH and MDA.The result shows that after exhaustive exercise the activities of SOD and GSH-Px,CAT and the concentration of GSH of pueraria total flavone group are significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the concentration of GSH of pueraria total flavone group are observably lower than that of control group(P<0.01);the activities of ATPase in red cell membranous are observably higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: pueraria total flavone supplement can amend the oxidation and respond level of red cell and its membranous during great intensity endurance training,and ensure the normal shape and function of red cell.It can be used as an effective sports nutritional supplement for endurance training athletes.
