基于DS2438的智能电池监测系统设计
The Design of Intelligent Battery Monitoring System Based on DS2438
【摘要】 针对串联蓄电池组中电池在线监测存在的问题,提出了以智能监测芯片DS2438为核心组成独立的单体蓄电池检测板,配合上位机形成主从结构的蓄电池在线监测系统,实现了蓄电池各工作参数的实时测量,运用综合判据,能够准确地预测故障电池。实测表明,由于能够精确检测蓄电池的内阻,该装置具有更高的可靠性。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem in the serial battery pack monitoring,a new on-line master-slave battery monitoring system is designed,which is consisted of measuring boards with smart battery monitor DS2438 used as the core,and is controlled by super controller.It can realize real-time measure ment of battery parameters,and can forecast accurately the invalid battery according to the multiple judges.The test results show that the equipment has a higher accuracy by precisely examining the inner resistance of the accumulator.
