【摘要】 改革开放30年,我国经济取得了辉煌的成就,但是区际经济差距问题也日益加大,这种经济增长的空间不平衡性已经阻碍了国民经济的整体发展。将货币政策的区域效应和紧缩或扩张性货币政策的不对称效应结合起来,来考察货币政策的经济效力,有助于研究货币政策对区际经济差距造成的影响。运用面板模型这种计量工具,分别针对1984-1997年间的紧缩性货币政策和1998-2004年间的扩张性货币政策展开的区域效应差异检验,发现紧缩与扩张性的货币政策的不对称性,加上相应的区域效应差异,是造成我国区际经济差距进一步加大的重要原因。在缩小区际经济差异、促进各地区协同发展的战略目标下,必须重视货币政策的区域效应差异问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the past 30 years’ implementation of reform and open-door policy,the economy in China has made brilliant achievements.However,the regional growing economic disparities have attracted more and more attention because this imbalance from the spatial economic growth has had serious impact on the development of the national economy.The monetary policy,a major instrument of a modern state that adjusts and controls macro-economy,has its regional effect of great importance.It is very much necessary and essential to research the regional performance of the monetary policy for narrowing the regional economic disparities and to promote the coordination of the regional economy development.However,the spatial effect of monetary policy in the past has always been neglected and there is rare combination of the regional effects of monetary policy with the asymmetric effect on the tight and expanding monetary policy.To consider these two different effects of monetary policy can make more contribution to the study of the impact of China’s monetary policy on regional economic disparities.Therefore,we follow the Panel Model and carry out an empirical analysis,respectively,on the regional effect of the tight monetary policy in 1984-1997 and the expanding monetary policy in 1998-2004.The results show that the asymmetry of tight and expanding monetary policy in China with the corresponding regional effect of monetary policy has enlarged the gap.It therefore requires more attention.更多还原
