人工心脏发展中的关键技术
Key technologies for developing artificial hearts
【摘要】 随着近年工程科学与技术的快速发展,人工心脏无论作为人体心脏的替代还是作为心脏移植的过渡支持都己取得长足的进步,产品的机械性能和生物相容性能都得到明显改善。到目前为止,人工心脏技术虽然得到较快发展,但在产品化及临床应用中存在许多技术瓶颈。本文分析了心脏泵的国内外研究现状,总结了人工心脏泵研究和临床应用中的一些关键技术问题,以便为促进人工心脏的技术进步和临床应用提供参考。
【Abstract】 With the speedy development of modern engineering science and technology,the artificial heart has been much improved as a replacement of human heart or a bridge to heart transplantation.Their mechanical and biocompatible performances become obviously better.By far,though a marked technology development of artificial heart has been achieved,there are still lots of problems for the products and clinical application of artificial heart.In this paper,the domestic and international situation for artificial heart research is analyzed,and some crucial problems during the research and clinical application of artificial heart are summarized so as to afford references to supporting the technology improvement and clinical application of artificial heart.
