【摘要】 利用紫外(UV)和圆二色(CD)光谱对Y-edta和La-edta配合物与DNA的相互作用进行了研究,并加以比较,同时考察了不同浓度、反应时间、不同缓冲体系和离子强度对配合物与DNA相互作用的影响。

【Abstract】 The interaction between the complexes of rare earth metal YⅢ and LaⅢ with the aminopolycarboxylic acids and DNA was studied by means of UV and CD spectra.At the same time,the concentration,time,buffer systems and ionic strength were studied.
