重负载下并联逆变中频电源的启动技术

【摘要】 针对大功率中频电源应用于熔炼和热处理领域中重负载下启动困难的问题,利用双外桥转内桥的启动技术研制了一台感应加热用并联逆变晶闸管中频电源.低压启动了0.04Ω的直流等效负载(折合交流等效阻抗为0.16Ω、线圈仅4匝的45 t等效负载).该项技术解决了制造50 t级以上中频感应炉中最关键的难题.

【Abstract】 Intermediate-frequency power supply is widely used in induction melting and heat treatment.It is difficult to start up with this kind of power supply on a heavier load.A double assistant-bridge starting circuit is brought forward,based on which a thyristor parallel inverter intermediate-frequency power supply is proposed for induction heating applications.The start-up of heavy load with a DC equivalent resistance of only 0.04Ω(corresponding to an AC equivalent impedance of 0.16Ω at low voltage,and an equivalent load of 45t with only 4-turns of induction coil is introduced).This technique overcomes the key difficulty in the realization of an intermediate-frequency induction furnace over 50t.
