【摘要】 目的探讨无牙颌患者口腔固有条件对全口义齿修复效果的影响及与全口义齿满意度的关系。方法对104例佩戴全口义齿3～10个月的患者进行满意度问卷调查,同时进行相关口腔检查,包括牙槽嵴条件、唾液量、颌弓水平位置关系。结果影响咀嚼能力的相关因素为牙槽嵴条件;唾液量与义齿舒适性相关;颌弓水平位置关系与语言、舒适性间具有相关关系。结论患者全口义齿咀嚼能力、语言、舒适性满意度受无牙颌患者口腔固有条件的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the correlation between patient satisfaction with complete dentures and parameters of oral condition. Methods A total of 104 subjects wearing complete dentures were investigated by using the denture satisfaction questionnaire,and at the same time oral conditions including residual ridge,horizontal relationship of upper and lower edentulous arches,quantity of saliva were examined after wearing the complete dentures for three to ten months. Results The mastication ability was related to residual ridge condition,and the comfort was related to quantity of saliva and horizontal relationship of upper and lower edentulous arches. The other correlation was also noted between horizontal relationship of upper and lower edentulous arches and speech. Conclusion The edentulous patient′s satisfaction on mastication ability,speaking and comfort with denture was related to oral conditions.更多还原
