新型高效规整填料性能研究
Performance characteristics of a new high efficiency structured packing material
【摘要】 在内径为Φ500mm的有机玻璃塔内,以空气-水为物系,对BH-250、BH-1000、BH-1500、BH-2000型波纹填料进行了流体力学及传质性能测试,并对其各项性能指标(波纹倾角、丝网层数、比表面积)进行了对比试验研究。研究了填料的网纹沟型、表面处理技术等结构特性对填料性能的影响。结果表明BH-1000丝网波纹填料的上述综合性能指标优于BH系列填料中的其他填料。
【Abstract】 The hydrodynamic and mass transfer performance of a series of novel corrugated web packing materials developed in our laboratory has been studied.The pressure drop and mass transfer efficiency for the different packing materials at various gas and liquid loads were measured with an air-water system in an organic glass tower with a diameter of 500 mm.The influence of net structure,specific surface area,mesh layer and surface treatment technology on the packing performance was studied,in order to obtain data which will be useful in the design of future packing materials.
