V型沟槽表面流动换热的比拟特性

【摘要】 利用实验的方法,对静止状态下"V"型沟槽表面通道在不同雷诺数下的流动与换热特性进行了比拟研究.研究结果表明:相比平板通道流动,宽与深均为0.5 mm(h=s=0.5mm)的沟槽表面在实验范围内(10 000<Re<80 000)具有明显的减阻效果,同时具有弱化换热特性,证明了比拟理论的正确性,且减阻效果和弱化换热效果随着雷诺数增加而减小.此研究为涡轮叶片外换热提供了一种技术储备.

【Abstract】 The drag and heat transfer characteristics of small longitudinal V groove surfaces in the rectangular channel were investigated experimentally based on the Reynold analogy.Within the range of Reynolds number from 10 000 to 80 000,the experimental results indicated that the V groove surface of h=s=0.5mm had drag-reduction characteristics,and the heat transfer of the V groove surface also be weakened,which demonstrates the correctness of the theory of Reynold analogy.The weakeness of heat transfer and drag-reduction decreased as Reynolds number increased.The decrease of heat transfer and drag-reduction contributed to the improvement of performance of aircraft engine,which will be beneficial to the flow and heat transfer when this type of surface applys to the surface of turbine vane.
