弹簧液压式延迟后坐枪机的动力学仿真
Dynamic Simulation of Spring-Hydraulic Delayed Bolt
【摘要】 提出了一种新型的由机头、机体、液体和弹簧等多个构件组成的弹簧液压式延迟后坐枪机,建立了自动机的动力学模型,并进行了仿真计算。结果表明:新原理、新结构的延迟后坐枪机是可行的;小质量的机头减小了机头复进到位和后坐到位对机匣的撞击;机头后坐开始阶段受到较大的液压阻力的制动;在液压阻力的作用下机体后坐到位时与机匣之间没有撞击。
【Abstract】 A new type of the spring-hydraulic delayed bolt made up of bolt head,bolt body,liquid and spring was put forward.The dynamic model of automatic mechanism was established,automatic mechanism was simulated and calculated by dynamic software.The results show that the new principle and structure delayed bolt is feasible;bolt head of small mass may decrease collision between bolt head and receiver as bolt arrives the foreside and rearward of receiver;the bolt head is braked by larger hydraulic drag in initial phase of bolt head recoil;the bolt body does not impact receiver as bolt body is braked by hydraulic resistance.
