煎煮时间对生大黄中五种游离蒽醌的影响

【摘要】 [目的]研究五种游离蒽醌(芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚等)的总含量与煎煮时间的关系。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长:254nm;流速:1.0ml/min,柱温:室温,检测生大黄煮沸之后每2分钟时所取水煎液样品中五种游离蒽醌的含量.[结果]在煮沸后20min内,五种游离蒽醌的总含量呈上升趋势;之后,呈下降趋势。[结论]沸腾后仍用武火继续煎煮约20min时五种游离蒽醌的总含量最高。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To determine the relation between the total count of the five free anthraquinone(A loe-emodin,Rhein,Emodin,Chrysophanol,Physcion) in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and the decoction time.[Method]HPLC was used with the chromatographic conditions as follows:mobile phase:methanol-0.1% phosphonic acid solution = 85 :15,detection wave length:254nm,flow rate:1.0 ml/min,column temperature:room temperature.The count of the five free anthraquinone in the decoction taken in every 2 minutes after the solution boiled was determined.[Results]During the 22 minutes after the solution was boiled,the total count took on a ascending tendency,afterwards,it took on a descending tendency.[Conclusion]The biggest number of the total count was obtained 20min after the solution was boiled.
