【摘要】 [目的]为高血压及其并发症的临床防治提供一定参考与依据。[方法]通过查阅中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库和维普全文数据库,对1989-2007年期间高血压及并发症类型、化学药及中药治疗方法、药理试验等相关文献研究进行分析。[结果]研究各种高血压及其并发症的机理对高血压病的研究具有关键作用。[结论]引发高血压的因素有很多,同时高血压所引发的并发症亦很多,对高血压及其并发症的治疗应"病证结合"。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To provide reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of hypertension and its complication.[Methods]Summarize the hypertension and its complication,therapy of chemical and TCM drug,and pharmacological test,through analyzing the related literatures in CNKI,Chinese biomedical database (CBM),and wanfang and vip from 1989 to 2007.[Results]To study the key role of mechanism of hypertension and its complications on hypertension research.[Conclusion]The treatment of hypertension which can be caused by many factors and its complications should be"combination of disease and syndrome."更多还原
