【摘要】 吉林市在历史上火灾频发,宣统三年(1911年)的大火即是其中较大的一次。在这次火灾中,全城三分之二被烧,房屋被焚5万余间。此次大火给吉林省城带来经济、文化等方面的损失和深远影响以及该城在东北区域内经济地位变化的影响是无法用数字估量的。同时,此次大火的发生,政府扑救不力难辞其咎。不过灾后政府在财力有限的情况下,积极进行多项救灾活动,成效还是比较显著的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fire took place frequently in history in Jilin city,it was once among them and relatively bigger in the 3rd Year of Emperor Xuantong Period(1911).In this fire,2/3 of whole city were burnt,the houses were burnt more than 50,000.This fire brought economy loss to provincial capital of Jilin.Meanwhile,the government put out and did one’s best this fault of the difficult diction.However,the government carried on every activity for providing disaster relief actively in a situation that the financial resources were limited after the calamity,the effect was more prominent.更多还原
