【摘要】 以10份分别采自四川、云南、贵州的野生马蹄金为材料,美国引进品种普通马蹄金为对照,采用人工低温胁迫法(温度处理分别为10℃5、℃0、℃、-5℃、-10℃)进行抗寒性试验,测定其叶片相对电导率、SOD酶活性、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量等生理指标。结果表明:10份材料对不同低温处理下表现出的抗寒能力差异明显,其中SD200303、CK的抗寒能力最强,SD200513、YD200503、YD200504、GD200503抗寒力次之,SD200308、SD200310、GD200501、GD200502、YD200501抗寒力最差。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Dichondra imported from the U.S was used as CK,through tested 10 wild samples of Dichondra repens collected from different areas in Sichuan,Guizhou and Yunnan province,by artificial low temperature stress(the temperature treatment were 10℃,5℃,0℃,-5℃,-10℃),mensurating the relative electrical conductivity rate,the activities of SOD,the content of MDA,soluble sugar and proline,which all showed that: 10 wild samples have significant differences on cold resistance at different low temperature treatment.The sample SD200303 and CK showed the strongest cold resistance;the sample SD200513,YD200503,YD200504 and GD200503 showed medium cold resistance;the sample SD200308,SD200310,YD200501,GD200501 and GD200502 showed the worst cold resistance.更多还原
