含银离子纤维抗菌性能的研究

【摘要】 对一种含银离子抗菌纤维的抗菌性能进行了研究.通过螯合基团,将具有杀菌作用的金属Ag+螯合到改性的聚丙烯腈纤维上,从而使其具有抗菌性.分别以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为实验菌种,使用抑菌晕法、菌液吸收法对抗菌纤维进行抗菌性能的测试.实验结果表明:纤维对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有很好的抗菌性,经过15次洗涤之后,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率仍在90%以上,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率在70%以上.

【Abstract】 This article focused on the antibacterial performance of the silver-containing antibacterial fiber.In order to get the fiber with antibacterial property,the metallic ion Ag+ with germicidal action was chelated to the modified PAN fiber by the chelated groups and bases.Then the Escherichia coil and the Staphylococcus aureus subsp.aureus were taken as experimental bacteria.The antibacterial fiber’s performance was investigated by Halo test and Vaccine Absorption test, respectively.The results showed that the fiber had excellent antibacterial effect on the Escherichia coil and the Staphylococcus aureus subsp.aureus.The inhibitory rate of the fiber on the Escherichia coil and the Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus can reach over 90% and 70%,respectively,after 15 times washing.
