基于NLAR发泡聚乙烯塑料跌落冲击试验与建模
Experiment and Modeling on Extruded Polyethylene Dropping Impact Based on NLAR
【摘要】 通过对发泡聚乙烯在跌落冲击中的加速度响应信号进行数值积分,得到位移响应信号,应用非线性自回归法进行非线性参数建模,并运用数值求解法进行验证,结果表明,该模型能较好地描述发泡聚乙烯型缓冲系统的跌落冲击动态过程.本研究为这类新型缓冲包装材料的动态建模提供了有效手段.
【Abstract】 A non-linear parameter is modeled by experiment applying NLAR method through displacement,which comes from acceleration of the dropping shock to EPE by integral,and the exactitude of the model is verified by applying the numerical method,the results show that the model depicts the dynamic course of extruded polyethylene(EPE) dropping impact exactly.The study provides useful means for modeling of kind of new cushioning package materials.
