【摘要】 本文从产权的角度出发,根据城市交通相关行为主体的产权特征,提出城市交通产权空间的理论概念,建立了行为效用-产权空间分析模型,并在此基础上分析各种产权结构对行为主体效用的影响,从产权机制的角度提出了扩大公共产权和混合产权应用范围、改革行政权利机制等缓解城市交通矛盾的政策建议。更多还原
