【摘要】 黑龙江省是个淡水资源比较丰富的地区,但由于近年来工农业的发展,用水的比重逐年增高,而水资源利用率还停留在很多年前的水平,造成水资源的大量浪费和不经济,加之水污染现象的恶化,使得黑龙江省的水资源一路亮起了红灯。节水型循环经济是利用对水资源的合理和可持续利用为原则,提高水资源的利用效率,是当前解决水资源危机的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heilongjiang is a province which have abundant fresh water,but in recent years developing of industry and agriculture increasingly,water using have been ascended,however,the effective using rate of water was still low level,result in the waste of water and diseconomy.The phenomenon of water pollution become worse,bringing the red light to water resourse.A water-recycling economy A water-recycling economy makes a reasonable use of and sustainable use of water resources to its principle to improve water use efficiency.It is the key to solve the water crisis.更多还原
