【摘要】 价格和竞争是市场机制的核心要素,二者密不可分。价格宏观调控和直接管制是政府价格管理的主要方式,二者既有联系又有区别,但都应当立足于市场与竞争机制。价格法的完善不限于《价格法》,随着市场化程度的提高,竞争法的价值和作用日益显现,对价格不正当竞争和价格垄断行为的规制应当成为价格监管的核心,竞争法与价格法及其主管机关之间应建立起有效的协调配合机制;价格宏观调控也应立足于市场经济的理念和市场机制,摆脱对行政手段的倚重和过度运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Price and competition mechanism are the core elements of market economy,and they complement each other.Price macro-control and direct regulation are the main ways of price management carried out by the government,and they all should be based on market and competition mechanism.As the level of marketization of the economy has been remarkably improved,the competition law will play an increasingly important role in national economic development,and the regulation of price unfair competition and price monopoly will be the essential parts of the whole price regulation.So there should be a coordination mechanism between competition law and price law and their competent authorities.Price macro-control should also be based on market mechanism and couldn’t use and rely on administrative measures excessively.更多还原
