【摘要】 目的探讨如何建立一套合理完善的临床教学质量保障体系。方法以国家有关文件为指导,结合我院临床教学实际情况,探讨临床教学质量保障体系的建立与实践,并在9所教学基地中应用。结果通过健全临床教学基地教学管理机构,完善临床教学规章制度,加强师资队伍建设,建立临床教学基地教学评估体系,保障了临床教学质量。结论临床教学质量保障体系的建立,对提高临床教学质量起到积极的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the ways to set up a reasonable quality guarantee system for clinical teaching. Methods A teaching guarantee system was set up based on the instructions of government documents and the actuality of our college.The system was applied in nine clinical teaching bases. Results The teaching quality was guaranteed by enforcing the management organization of teaching bases,complementing the teaching rules and regulations,strengthening the teaching forces,and establishing the appraisal system of teaching bases. Conclusion The establishment of the clinical teaching quality guarantee system plays an important role in improving the teaching.更多还原
