【摘要】 二十世纪九十年代后期开始的高校扩招,对高等教育产生了巨大影响,各界对此褒贬不一。作为体现大学生学习风气标志的高校学风建设,在扩招后其现状如何,存在哪些问题?文章通过实际调查和分析思考,提出了加强组织领导,完善学风建设工作机制;深化教育教学改革,抓教风促学风;完善规章制度,严肃考试纪律,抓考风正学风;强化班级管理,抓班风建学风;加强基础管理,健全学风状况观测制度;构建学校-家庭-社会的联系网络,形成促进学风建设整体好转的合力;营造良好学术氛围,促进学风建设可持续发展等七个方面的加强学风建设的主要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expanding of the enrollment of new students in institutions of higher learning launched in the late 1990s has a great impact on the institutions,on which all circles have different views in between opposite and negative ones.What’s the current situation of the building of students’ general mood of learning,mark of reflecting the students’ general mood of learning after this expanding? And what problems does it have? Through investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward some major measures of strengthening the building of students’ general mood of learning in seven aspects: strengthen the organization and leadership,establish new mechanism in the building of students’ general mood of learning;deepen teaching reform,paying close attention to teachers’ general mood of teaching to promote students’ general mood of learning;enforcing examination discipline,firmly grasping general mood of examination to correct students’ general mood of learning;strengthen class-management,firmly hold of general mood of classes to build students’ general mood of learning;tighten up rewards and punishments reform to students,promoting students’ general mood of learning with typical examples;constitute school-family-society three level education networks,together promoting the entire improvement of the building of students’ general mood of learning;build favorable academic atmosphere,bringing about sustainable development of the building of students’ general mood of learning.更多还原
